As Co-Developer of Village of Valor, I am thrilled to announce that after over 5 years of work on piecing together various financing tools and with the constant support of the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners, we will be breaking ground on this important development this Fall. Village of Valor comprises 161 1, 2- and 3-bedroom units on just over 12 acres of land, straddling the Keller Canal in both the Village of Palm Springs and Lake Worth Beach.

This has been a long, difficult road bringing the vision of the Village of Valor to fruition, but I never gave up hope that we could bring the vision of Roy Foster to reality.

It is an honor working alongside the Leadership team of Roy J. Foster, Co-Founder & Executive Director of Faith*Hope*Love*Charity, Inc. and Dr. Casimiro H. Crockett, Deputy Director, whose commitment to this
project has been unwavering.

The day we break ground on Village of Valor will be one of the most fulfilling days in my development career.
