A very unique characteristic of this community is the inclusion of a Nutritional Services division, which will maintain a Dining Area and Culinary Training Kitchen. The Dining Area will seat up to 100. The Culinary Training Kitchen will provide vocational training to prepare students for careers in the hospitality industry, across a range of culinary arts disciplines. Students will receive one-on-one training from experienced industry professionals. While learning cooking skills, students will gain additional experience in kitchen management, as well as associated food theory and industry-best practices.
